Hi,
My Wd live hub is not working from last week. The led light Wd is blinking but nothing shows up in Tv. I tried to reset. But nothing worked. I tried changing the hdmi ports and av cable also I tried… But nothing helped me.
I want to contact the support customer care but this no 1800 200 5789 is not working.
What do I do now? Plz help me…
Normally that blinking light is when the unit is on Stand by mode. However, if you already try to reset the unit and stills the same, it might be something else.
I think it also indicates a problem by blinking a code…seems to me I read it’s an SOS morse code. 3 short - 3 long - 3 short.
