I purchased this drive last year in December before the new year. I have used it a total of 3 times and it was only to backup family photos. I tried accessing my drive yesterday and the drive will not load or open. It shows its drive letter but does not give any info on how much space the drive holds nor the amount of space left. When I attempt to click to open the drive it freezes explorer.exe and does not allow me to access disk management or device manager before removing the drive first. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Open File Explorer, expand This PC, right-click on the hard disk, and click on Properties. That shows you the drive’s total capacity, how much is used, and how much remains vacant.
