Just purchased easystore 2tb and will not backup my files. error comes up that there is “not enough room to backup files”. Since my internal hard drive is only 1 tb I know that there is room. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

►What is the file system of the drive?
►Have you checked the drive status using any WD® tool, like Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows, WD Drive Utilities for Mac
