WD Dashboard

WD are a joke I have had this problem for 7month and they still can not fix it… When I try to Sanitize my NVMe m.2 Blue 1tb it wont let me I have even create the USB but nothing happens.
Every time I contact them all I get back is sorry you are having problems and they send me the link to Sanitize or even Erase it YOUR DASHBOARD IS ■■■■ WISH NEVER GOT WD customer service is NO GOOD they don’t have a clue just want your money.
