As a customer, I am finding it exceedingly difficult to contact customer support because I do not have the information they ask for in the form. It seems to me since I just purchased the product that you would make it easy for me to contact YOU.
That said I purchased your product to do a backup of my files on my computer. It came with no operating instructions at all, but with a lot of small print.
I am thinking of returning the product. I want to know which number to call in order to do that.
