I’m not too tech savvy, but my Western Digital My Book all of a sudden stopped working. I was transferring files and a window popped up saying that the destination folder doesn’t exist.
Now I have an external drive that just flashed a white light every second when plugged in. I did all of the obvious stuff like replace the USB cables and the AC Adapter. I tried it on two computers with similar results. Please help. I have over 3TB of files on this and I can’t replace it.
