View items on My Book

I’m new and I apoligize if this subject has come up in the past.

I simply want to view the items individually that are backed up in MY Book.

Please tell me how?

If you used Smartware or Windows backup, you wont be able to see the files directly from the My Book, you need to restore your files back to the computer.
