I have a USB drive connected to my WD My Cloud NAS. I was wondering if it’s possible to connect a USB hub instead, so that I can connect multiple drives. Has anyone tried this?
@BEiseman The following comes from the User Manual, have you read the one for your generation of My Cloud?
You can attach a powered USB hub to the external USB port and attach up to seven USB devices to the hub.
Using the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right, one will find the issue of using a power USB hub to add more USB drives to a My Cloud has been discussed. And generally while the My Cloud User Manual indicates one can connect up to 7 devices to a My Cloud, some users have had trouble adding more than four or five devices.

You can also use a non powered hub to mount Micro SD cards.
