Unable to submit ticket for WD Red 2TB NAS drives

I’ve been trying for over a week to get a hold of someone, anyone from WD support about two bad NAS drives to no avail. Customer care on Twitter sent me back to square one, which is to submit a ticket via https://support-en.wd.com/app/askweb , however, after filling out the entire form I am back at square-one…it won’t work. I’m using fully updated Google Chrome on fully updated Windows 10 Pro. I have one day left in the warranty window and can’t get this to work.

I understand you’re trying to be helpful, but if you re-read my message, you’ll see that I did exactly what you suggested and that is where the problem is. My problem is that I can’t do exactly what you’re suggesting. I keep getting an error.

P.S. - The Twitter Team had me submit my information directly. Hopefully that will get things rolling.
