How to submit RMA when S/N incorrectly says it is out of warranty?

I have a WD Nasware 3.0 Red NAS hard drive that has stopped working. I have the original retail purchase receipt from 01/07/2017. I try to register the product through the RMA website, and it tells me that the product is not under warranty. The Red NAS Hard drive has a 3 year warranty, so it is still under warranty. I have no way to electronically contact Western Digital as every support form I fill out gets rejected because it says the S/N is out of warranty. What is an email address where I can submit my original receipt and get an RMA started for this drive? Thank you.
