Unable to register my new WD product on your webiste!

Dear Community,

I recently purchased a WD Passport 5TB External Portable drive. This is my 2nd WD product. I also have an account on the WD main website on which I’d registered my 1st product which was way back in 2014.

Now, in order to register my new WD product on the product registration, I see the following Error everytime-

“We’re sorry, but this action cannot be completed at this time. Please refresh your page and try again.”

I tried refreshing page, logged out, cleared cookies, tried another browser, and also tried another IP Address! Nothing worked. Kindly help.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have the exact same issue. Tried many different things, times and browsers. Nothing works! I can’t register over a dozen of my WD products!
