Unable to get support for My book Essential

Hello All,

I purchased WD My Book Essential with P/N: WDBACW0010HBK-00 and S/N: WCAV5K592641.

I was using the proiduct initiatlly but then left unused but now I have again opended the product after 5 years of so now but the product is not getting detected in my system not I can register the product online for support and its say wrong product serial nos or no found etc

Please help me here where I am going wrong
