Has stopped working in WD TV. What’s happening?

What do you mean with “Stopped working”? Does it no longer open? Does it crash? Did you perform a firmware update and a reset?

You indicated to reset. Having reviewed the device reset options  I 'used the option ‘reset all online service account’ , which resolved the issue. As there were four options then probably it would have been helpful for some people to suggest which option to use under reset. Cheers.
