The system keeps resetting when I try opening an app. UPdated to latest firmware awhile ago but device crashed today while using netflix and have been experiencing this issue since. Have tried system reboot to factory settings through software and hard reset on bottom of device without success. Please help

Try to roll back the firmware to the previous version to verify if the issue remains.
