Hi WD Community.
I have the (WDBNL. …) WD Elements Play 2TB bought.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed by the many subfolders.
When I click the home screen, click the video icon …
… first comes the hard disk icon …
… only then the WD-symbol …
… then again the video folder …
and only now my subfolder action, documentary, etc.
Why Müsen this be many subfolders?
Why do I have the video folder or the Photo folder and the music folder
How can I stop this impossible result?
I have already installed the latest update (version: 1.01.02).
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with your product.
It would be nice to find a solution.

Hallo WD Community.
Ich habe mir den WD Elements Play 2TB gekauft (WDBNL…).
Leider bin ich enttäuscht über die vielen Unterordner.
Wenn ich im Startbildschirm auf den Video-Icon klicke …
… kommt erst das Festplatten-symbol …
… dann erst das WD-symbol …
… dann noch mal der Video-Ordner …
und jetzt erst meine Unterordner Action, Doku etc.
Warum müsen dies viele Unterordner sein ?
Warum habe ich im Video-Ordner noch den Photo-Ordner und den Musik-Ordner ?
Wie kann ich diese unmögliche Folge beenden ?
Ich habe schon das neuste Update installiert (Version: 1.01.02).
Leider bin ich von eurem Produkt enttäuscht.
Es wäre schön auf eine Lösung.

Haven’t used the elements play my self, but checking the manual you should be able to see the videos after accessing the video icon, check page 25 of the manual to review the steps.

Ich habe die Readme (PDF) gelesen.
Ich bin auch nicht unerfahren mit Technik.
Trotzdem habe ich nach dem einspielen von Videodateien einige Unterordner.
Auf der Home seite sind 5 Symbole … Video … Photo … Musik … Einstellung … Daten .
Wenn ich das Video symbol öffne , kommt erst das Festplatten symbol … dann das WD Logo (wie kann es entfernt werden ?) … dann nochmal ein Video-Ordner … erst jetzt kommen meine Videodateien.
Ich möchte vom Home-Menue sofort zu meinen Unterordner der Filme ( Action, Doku, Lovestory, Komödie etc.)
Ich habe schon auf Werkseinstellung zurück gesetzt, aber ist es dasselbe.
Entschuldigung für mein Problem.

I’m not unfamiliar with technology.
Nevertheless, I have to import the video files from several folders.
On the home page are 5 icons … Video … Photo … Music … Setting … Data.
If I open the video symbol, first comes the symbol disks … then the WD logo (how can it be removed?) … then again a video folder … only now come my video files.
I want, from the Home menu immediately to my subfolder of movies (action, documentary, love story, comedy, etc.)
I’ve placed on the factory setting, but it is the same.
Sorry for the problem.
