Timemachine and WD MyCloud

I have just purchased a WD MyCloud. All setup fine and PC is backing up using Smartware. 

I am now trying to setup my Mac to back using Timemachine as per http://wdc.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3561/~/using-a-wd-network-drive-with-apple-time-machine-backups

The problem I have is Timemachine does not see the WD Mylcoud device when I go to select disk.

I can see WD MyCloud under finder and see the shared system folder Timemachine.

Can anyone help please.

Hi Meltage, welcome to the WD Community. Try mapping the My Cloud using the link below and then try to do the Time Machine backup.
