I have a wd320 external hard drive. it worked fine with all of my macs until recently. I now get the message “The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer.” Also, it is showing up under disk utility as a 2TB capacity. Any suggestions?
I don’t know about Macs but it sounds like something is corrupt. Some people have had luck with Test Disk http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk
