I just received an ultra cloud My Ex2. I would like to know how I can sort my pictures in my folders when I’m on the mycloud web browser?
indeed this one are all mixed and I can not find a sort icon.

The My Cloud device will copy data from the computer in the sequence as it was stored in the folder of the computer, however you can sort the data through the My Cloud mobile app.
