Sonos connection to shared music folder

After “upgrading?” to OS 5 on my WD My Cloud Mirror Gen 2 my Sonos system can no longer connect to the music stored in Public/Shared music folder which worked perfectly before the so called upgrade. How do reconnect? Everything I have tried so far has failed!
