Solid Yellow LED - Ethernet Lights working - Disc running

Hi Guys I have been using my WD Cloud perfectly until a week ago. I now have a solid yellow light. When I reset the system I get a solid yellow light and stays on.

The front LED is solid yellow. The Ethernet lights at the back are: bottom LED = Orange, Top LED = Blinking green, like it is receiving info.

The System sounds like it is doing something and i have left it for days to see if it is doing an update. I believe it is still there I just cannot get the Blue light.

I have also done the reset as mentioned in other posts.

Any help would be great!

Hi bernie1,

Have you tried to connect the drive directly to the computer with the Ethernet cable? and check if the drive is showing up in computer and also check the LED status of the My Cloud.
