Hello there,
This seems to be a old topic, what issues are you experiencing with the software activation?
It is hard to help someone with a problem if they do not tell us what the problem is.
After a person applies for their SmartWare Pro they receive the activation code by email. It is important to keep this somewhere.
Sometimes it takes two to three tries to get it to stick and activate.
