Setup phpMyAdmin

I’have installed phpMyadmin in my MyCloud EX2 Ultra but when I try to configure it, after ask an user and password, displays a message: “#2002 Cannot log in to the MySQL server”.

I don’t know what can I do to solve this. Can anyone help me, please?
