I can’ see any instructions on how to setup the WD elements… Help
It’s pretty much a big thumb drive with regards to how to copy data to it. It should be displayed in Windows Explorer (Computer section) once connected.
I bought a new SATA hard drive (WD, 1TB, Blue Caviar) and a new WD Element enclosure. After installing the hard drive in the enclosure, my laptop fails to identify the new hard drive. All my cables are new.
