I have just bought a new laptop with windows 7 and ssd drive, my old laptop was having windows 7 but not a ssd drive. My external WD elements 250 gb is showing data in old laptop, but in new laptop it is showing the drive in my computer but not recognizing the folders and files. only showing one volume information file. please help
Try enabling Show Hidden Files and see if that helps.
