SD Card import over USB?

Hello !

I have enabled automatic import of SD card data in admin.

But if I then connect my WD Wireless Passport to my Windows 8.1 computer with USB,
it seems to be doing nothing?

Only over wireless do I get a blinking light? THE SD Card is Lexar Professional 1000x.

Why is it only working over wireless?
