Screen Dimming While Watching Netflix

Hi, I’m having a problem where the screen seems to dim and go darker when I’m using Netflix with my WD TV Live after around half an hour, it’s as though it’s going into some kind of idle/power saving mode because it’s not being used, even though it is.

I’ve seen there’s been a couple other threads started about this but no one has posted an answer. Just wondered if anyone knows why this is happening and if there’s a fix?

Make sure that you are running the latest firmware on the unit.

Does the issue happends in multiple TVs?

Hi,

I have the latest firmware but I haven’t noticed the problem occurring now. I only have one TV so I’m unable to test if this happens with other TV’s.

I think it must be fixed now.
