Safe points not working

I have Safe Points set to save to an attached WD My Book on a daily basis. However, it doesn’t run at all. Is there a hidden setting to get this to work correctly?

I don’t think there’s a hidden setting concerning safepoints.
Can you see the attached drive using the dashboard?
Upper right you should see a USB icon, click on it and the drive type should be identified.
Using the Dashboard can you create another safepoint?
Using your computer file explorer can you see any contents of the drive attached to Mycloud?

My safepoint is scheduled for 3am when there’s no activity on my home network.

I’m having the same issue - safepoints no longer work. Support will have you do a factory RESET on the box, DON’T!
It didn’t fix my the problem at all.
