Please I accidentally knocked down my external drive and now my PC is not able to pick it up when I insert it. Please what do I do?

Hey @Simon9,

If you have accidentally dropped the Hard Drive it may have caused severe hardware damage.
Try accessing the drive using a different computer. If that doesn’t work, only option left will be Data Recovery.
