Please I accidentally knocked down my external drive and now my PC is not able to pick it up when I insert it. Please what do I do?
Data Recovery companies can usually recover most of the data from a drive that’s been knocked down.
What’s happened is that the heads were probably knocked off the parking ramps and are now physically resting on the drive platters. It won’t spin up in that condition.
