Restore WD Backup to another computer

How do I restore a WD Backup to another computer? When I install WD Backup on the new computer, it says there are no backup plans.

Thanks.

WD Backup informs there are no backup plans because there is no backup for the current computer.

In order to restore a backup from a different computer, click the option to select which files to restore in the Restore tab:

You can also manually copy and paste out the folder from your unit in the Computer section. The SWSTOR folder holds the backup.

That does not work. The Restore tab is empty and does not allow me to select files. The support file was equally useless. Very furstrating. I bought this WD drive to back up data on one laptop and move it to another laptop, and it is useless for that operation - unless you manually copy all the files to the drive yourself.
