Resource temporarily unavailable (2.31.139 upgrade EX4100)

I am writing to see if somebody can help me. After upgrading to firmware 2.31.139. I had two problems, the first one was already solved, thanks to this post:

SSH login appeared to stop working after a background upgrate to the 2.31.139 firmware. Mutliple attempts at rebooting, enabling/disabling SSH, setting the password don’t seem to help. I see that updates were made to SSH in the latest release notes. Is it possible that the user to log in with is no longer ‘root’ and contextual to the set up ‘Users’? If I am locked out, is there a way to upload an ‘app’ to run a script to re-gain access etc? root@<my ex4100>: Permission denied (publickey,passw…

The second problem has not yet been solved. I use a bash process to download many files automatically as follows:

sshpass -p “PASS_EXAMPLE” scp -r -P22 sshd@192.168.10.10:/EXAMPLE_PATH/test.txt .

The process manages to download approximately 180 files, but then it gives me the error: Resource temporarily unavailable. I tried to Restore to Default (System Only), restart the device, there is no firewall problem. the problem immediately appeared after updating firmware.

Do you know how to fix it?
