Hello. Have a 16 tb Graid. On a trip traveling and need to find replacement drives. Is it possible if I open enclosure, take out sled and unscrew the 3.5 drives from sled and replace with a lower capacity 3.5 drives and then use the Gtech raid software?

If you have a G-RAID removable yes it is possible to use multiple sets and swapping the railings will work.
If you have the standard G-RAID removing the drives would void the warranty, but if you needed them replaced it would just turn them into a RAID 0 there is no software to configure the standard G-RAID only the removable.
