I currently don’t need anything more than a 2TB Duo because my backup is about 365GB. But with my family growing and kids who would want access, I was wondering if I could in the future upgrade to 4 or more TB drives. Don’t know if this can be done.

My Cloud Home Duo device is a user serviceable device for RMA purposes only. You have the option to replace the drives in the device with a replacement from WD.
Great but can I replace them with a larger WD Red drive, say from 2TB to 4TB or more

I too am interested to know if the drives can be upgraded to a larger capacity in the future. This is a tipping point question for me on buying the Duo or not.
