RAID Status | Degraded |

Good morning
I have a huge problem.
Initially, my disk # 1 showed a red light and a message:
RAID profile
| RAID Status | Degraded |
One or more RAID volumes are degraded.
I decided that I changed it asap, bought a new one, changed the drive and that’s it. At first, Mycloud only showed me disk 2 and all data (both disks worked in RAID1).

I dismantled HDD # 2 and was just a new one. Then I change it to JOBD (for test only). Mycloud sees a blank new hard drive.

Now the situation is bad, because when I mount an old, functional HDD, I can’t see anything, and the system shows me a bad condition.

Please help me.

Hi,

Please refer to the following KB article: My Cloud: Manual RAID Rebuild

hi
Thank you for your answer. My next question is how (is it possible) to change JBOD to RAID1?
I explain: I dismantle both “old” HDDs and install a new one (only one), then change the mode to JBOD and add one “old” one. Thought the devices could see both. It will be able to change everything to RAID1 and copy the data from the old to the new HDD.
What will be with data in old HDD?
It’s not work.

only one disk mount

a bad condiction of disk (sometimes “good”)
no RAID (was RAID1)
