The My Cloud is not, by default, have download capabilities. You would either have to redo the OS which there are several threads on the forum.

  1. Repository with software worked on v4 firmware

  2. Clean debian and OpenMediaVault on WDMyCloud!

  3. Webhosting for firmware V4+

Just search the forum. Just remember any changing of the default OS can/will void your warranty.
