when i try to get content info the hub does strange things, after downloading the info the screen hangs the run time appears under the movie and then it starts to compiling the media during that time all the movies in my libary double, then it hangs again and no movie info. have to do a system reset to get the images to work sometime it will even delete an entire section of movies the movies will still be on the internal hdd but they will not show in the hub without reset to factory plz help
