Just set up WD Passport Ultra. Had issue viewing files on Passport. In History folder, Passport doesn’t recognise any standard file extensions. In separate folders they open OK. Why is this? Is there any problem with my back up?

What software did you used to backup the files?
Have you tried reinstalling the software?
