Hello, after installing MACOS SIERRA my computer stopped reading my HD WD ELEMENTS. I have the option to format the HD, but I do not want to format it, therefore I will lose my files. How should I proceed?

olá, após instalar o MACOS SIERRA o meu computador parou de ler o meu HD WD ELEMENTS. Tenho a opção formatar o HD, porém não quero formata-lo, pois assim perderei meus arquivos. Como devo proceder?

Have you tried using the drive on another computer? It is possible the partition is corrupted.
