PR4100 rebooting, rebooting and rebooting

Please I need some help, I alredy send the email with the problem explained yesterday and no respond untill now.

Unit PR4100, raid 5.

Unit 3 bay led light turns solid red. Raid degraded

Reading on the PDF / community indicates that I have to swap 3 bay for a new HDD same capacity, turn off and restart. OK up to here.

Try to shut off, unseccesfull. so STRANGE i THOUGH. Manual shut down.

remove bay number 3, replace with a new WD red 3T (same capacity). System is reboting and rebooting and rebooting again and again…

I tried 4 sec and 40 sec. restart…unsucessfull

Please I NEED HELP WD, I choose you for your quality and the product have not a year old. Many TB of memories, pictures, documents are on this device.

Call support first.
Your data is probably fine, RAID5 can survive a single disk failure.

Does somebody knows a telephone number where I can ring UK if is possible???
