PLEX option no do more disappeared in mycloud home

Hello good morning, I’m having a problem with my MyCloud Home unit a few days ago it lost with PLEX it’s been going well connection since the installation in the middle of the year, I went to the page to reconfigure the link but it no longer appears available, so I can print from screen, already tried to activate someone, activate inactive connect without network log in with the other two users and even create a new one but it doesn’t appear anymore, did you go through it?
