Hi

I have created a new drive which I have mapped on Windows 10 as I want to use this folder to add media for the Media Server.

The problem I have is that Desktop Plex app on WIndows 10 doesn’t see the new folder, only the default Public and TimeMachineBackUp ones.

Any idea how I can get it seen at all please?

As you can see from the images, I have no problem accessing the folder via Plex on my old previous model MyCloud, but nothing on the one I purchased just recently (WD MY Cloud Home).
