With the new update Plex is not working. I can pull Plex up but it doesn’t show any of the library files. I have tried rescanning the library and it doesn’t work. I have verified the files are still in the drive. Help!! I only have my cloud home for the Plex server

I am also having this same issue, which can’t be a coincidence. I’ve not looked at my plex account in a while 2-3 weeks however I know no-one has changed any settings.
As soon as I rescan or refresh meta data it completes almost immediately despite the content being accessible, even playable on the drive itself. It seems strange but it’s almost as if Plex Media Server has been switched off?
Yes i have the same problem. Disbaled, re-enabled, rebooted, whatever I do, my Cloud home no longer works with Plex
I moved my Plex content outside of plex folder. Then stopped plex service, and then deleted plex folder.
Then do a RESTART. and re-enable Plex. reconfig plex, and now it shows up in plex client as a different server. I just have to move my content back to plex folder and start re-scan and rebuilding the metas.
It is pain, but it works.
I am also having the same problem with Plex. After working fine for several years that latest update to my cloud home has caused my plex to become very flakey. Unable to connect, insecure connections, missing libraries. After much trail and error I finally got the Plex to rescan the library directories, took hours. Unfortunately when I got home from work the next night and went to watch a movie the libraries were all missing again.
Has anybody heard from WD if they are working on a fix?
Yesterday went onto plex on multiple device all showing the library is empty. Did a rescan and started over, all finished watched a few shows and a movie no problems
Turn on plex again today and it’s happened again libraries are empty. looks like the latest update has done something wrong
Glad to see its not only me as it was driving me crazy
Trying to disable Plex here → My Cloud Home also triggers the library to show and to work as it should. The funny part is that it doesn’t actually disable Plex no matter what you do

I expected some improvements to my Cloud Home with this update as it was horrible to use it. This update made it even worst.
@WD: Can we expect some maturity in your products ???
