PC to MAC

Hi,

I have my Windows based PC backed up on a WD drive.  Is there anyway that data can go straight onto my new MAC?

I’m assuming that all depends on what program did the backing up and what format the backup is stored in.

You need To Reformat the Drvie to View the Data in a MAC Computer But Doing so Will Erase all Data that The Hard Drive Has on it , So The Best thing To do Will Be to Copy all Data Out of the Drive into a Windows Computer , then use a Mac Computer To format the HD to Fat 32 , so that you Can Copy all Files Back to the Drive and then See them in your MAC without any Further Issue … :slight_smile:
