hi i have a my passport 300gb external hardrive and the password has stopped working. no the password isnt wrong i cant update the firmware because i cant enter the password. when i enter my correct password it says its incorrect even though it is correct i need help because i cant format that drive because of the important files on it along with the only pics i have of my great grand mother. need help
