I have a WD drive on my WD Hard drive, and cannot get it to read to enter the code. It only gives me an option to exit. I cannot bring up the enter box and i know the password. please help me to open the Password option.

I have the same problem. The proposed solution didn’t work. Any help available from WD? or this community?
Place it on another computer and the WD login should come up as i did,
then i was advised as seen here : you will need to open device manager &
delete the existing partition then create a new one & Format, whilst WD
drive is connected.
I had some help from a friend here as it was complicated.
Now i use the drive, i ask it to close then it opens the Hard drive and
stores etc.
Not sure how you delete the WD altogether, it is too buggy.
