Just acquired HP Chromebook 14a Plugged in my Passport Ultra Pro and unlocker shows up in file manager but unable to read? This has all my back ups from Windows computer and can’t reformat without erasing apparently. Is there a solution?
Also is there a connector available from Passport to USB C? size?
I am no geek so any help appreciated.
