Someone wanna tell me how to add multiple or even a single IP address to the NFS Host whitelist when It doesn’t allow the ‘.’ character.
Where are you seeing that not allowed?
What My Cloud model do you have? What file are you trying to edit that is preventing you from using IP addresses?
If I remember right one can configure/restrict NFS by IP address in the /etc/exports file on the single bay My Cloud. On the single bay My Cloud (at least the v4.x version) anyone using NFS has access to the My Cloud.
/nfs *(rw,all_squash,sync,no_subtree_check,insecure,crossmnt,anonuid=65534,anongid=1000)
