This firmware update did not do as it was suppose to, my NAS has been locked for 2 days now with no access to it in any way. no support has been able to help resolve the issue, I would advise any person using a PR4100 to avoid this update.

After firmware update my PR2100 is locked. Power button LED is blinking blue, there’s no access to it in any way. I tried to boot it from USB, no success.

Same issue - This frimware bricked the PR4100 - 4 sec or 40 sec reset does not work - totally bricked - have tried everything read in loads of forums and cant get the thing to boot up totally- stuck on welcome screen. blue light on power flashing. fan running, cant connect to dashbord - cant see on network because it wont fully boot, had it running overnight like this.

I was able to fix my PR2100. Prepared bootable USB stick (I found files somewhere in the forum), booted my cloud from it, opened main page, where I could upload new firmware and it worked.
