The power cable/adapter of my WD Elements external hard disk has been damaged. I was wondering if it’s possible to buy a new one although it’s a older disk ( WD5000E035-00).
I’d like to hear from you, many thanks in advance!
Check the voltage and amp on your old adapter. It should be OK to get a new adapter with 12V and 1A. As long as the connector fit.
