Same as my 1 TB internal HD. Am I missing something or is it a defective unit? Thanks
It’s the undeletable virtual cd that everybody is complaining about. You can hide it but there’s no simple way to get rid of it. Reformatting or any of the other suggestions don’t get rid of it.

Did you clone the 1TB internal drive to the 2TB external drive?
Is there an eSATA port on your MyBook, and do you use this to connect to your computer? If so, does your computer have a Gigabyte motherboard with an Xpress Recovery BIOS?
